Hunting Land Consulting is a Seattle-based team of passionate hunters and hunting land managers who help Wisconsin and Minnesota landowners make the most of their land resources. Since our establishment in 2016, we have been providing our clients with exceptional land consulting services and the necessary resources to ensure that every piece of land brings you new opportunities.

Rather than keeping your land as a financial burden, we can help turn it into a great hunting and recreational property. We have cultivated our expertise in renting agricultural land, renting houses, soil samples, logging and forestry management, whitetail habitat management, and more, from years of hunting and managing hunting property throughout the wide Wisconsin terrain.

Meet Andrew and Ted

Andrew and Ted, the founders of Hunting Land Consulting, grew up just south of Eau Claire and have spent their lives hunting across the state of Wisconsin. Their first foray into managing hunting lands was navigating the complicated procedures of converting the family farm, which stretched from southern Eau Claire into northern Buffalo county.

How did that one experience lead to Hunting Land Consulting? Simple. It made Andrew and Ted realize that turning their love for hunting into a financial asset wasn’t just rewarding -- it was a ton of fun. They wanted to share what they had learned, and so spent over 10 years learning from their mistakes to make that a reality.

With over a decade of growth under their belts, and 400 acres of Wisconsin land to their names, Andrew and Ted are eager to lend their expertise to fellow landowners and hunting enthusiasts.
