If, however, there are no 180 in-class deer within your area and your neighbors are in the habit of shooting everything they see, you are not going to have much luck attracting them. First, some rules.

  1. We do not deal with properties that are less than 100 acres. Making a few more deer walk through your back forty is not what we are about.
  2. As people tend to go crazy over big deer, refrain from talking about your big deer or your property improvements on social media. A guy once got trail cam record close to our farm.
  3. We can give you advice, but it’s ultimately your call if you’re going to take it. Here’s one: Making a phone call is a great way to get information and learn.
  4. We are here to help and we aim to do it while having fun. We can help you have fun but you have to let us.
  5. We strongly discourage high-fencing.
  6. We only manage property within Wisconsin and Minnesota.
